We also have our own production facility for the production of air ducts and other equipment for the installation of the above-mentioned systems. Due to the increasing number of demands from customers and some economic considerations, we plan to establish partnerships with Turkish manufacturers in the following equipment... We are looking for a cylindrical sintered mesh filter with 1mm thickness, same material of the actual mesh filter we use (see picture 1). We need the same material, it’s AISI316 with 100um grid density or similar. Please see attached files for your reference. We also need mesh disk as in picture 1, 1mm thickness and 21mm diameter. See attached file. In case 1mm thickness is not available or price can’t be competitive, please suggest the best option with higher thickness close to 1mm you can offer (eg. 1.5mm), but max allowable for us is 1.7mm (lower is preferable). Could you provide a quotation for 100, 250, 500 pieces? Annual forecast is 5000/7000 pcs. We are already using mesh disk in full production, but we need to find a very competitive/price effective solution for long term use.
