it is two parts of a complete part. a bolt and a spring, but the supplier can quote also the complete assembled part in addition. it is a spring and a steel bolt but not for car in the second drawing you see a complete part. we just nee the part number 3 in this drawing, but when someone want to quote the complete assambled part, he can do this in addition quantity: each 50.000 pieces
