NDL provides fast delivery for custom DPSS laser modules. These laser modules will be designed with side-pumping geometry. The laser diodes can be CW, Quasi-CW (QCW) or Pulsed. The laser crystal can be rod, slab, or cuboid. The active medium can be Nd:YAG, Nd:YVO4, Nd:YLF and etc.
NDL provides diodes refurbishment & repair services for the old diode-pumped laser modules from different companies, such as Northrop Grumman /Cutting Edge Optronics, Rofin Sinar, Lee Laser, FOBA, and etc.
QCW Diode Pumped Laser Modules (DPSS laser modules at 1064nm) are designed with QCW laser diode arrays for Nd:YAG pumping. It can provide high pulse energy for amplification up to 1200mJ with high repetition rate up to 1KHz. These QCW DPSS laser modules are mainly used for research applications.
CW Diode Pumped Laser Modules (DPSS laser modules at 1064nm) are designed by side-pumping geometry with 808nm laser diode arrays and Nd:YAG rods. NDL is now providing high power laser modules with power from 10W, 20W up to 500W. It is widely used for industry, such as laser marking, engraving, welding, cutting, drilling and etc.
Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Modules (pigtailed laser diode) are widely used for solid-state pumping, fiber laser pumping, medical treatment, surgery, printing, soldering and other applications.
Custom Laser Diode Packaging (Horizontal Stack) are designed Nd:YAG side-pumping with simple electrical and water inlet/outlet connections. These horizontal stacks are the key components for the CW or QCW DPSS laser modules and they are also widely used as replacement for laser head refurbishment.

Conductively Cooled Package (CCP) vertical laser diode stacks are mainly designed for low duty solid-state pumping. NDL is working hard to improve the optical power density for these stacks to get max output power within a limited optical window. This kind of laser stack is widely used for Nd:YAG pumping to get high pulse energy in QCW or Pulsed mode.
